SITE-EZY MEDIA MODULE
The Media Module is an online print management system which has been developed especially for the printing industry. Media Module enables a printer's authorized clients to login to a secure section of their website, and order their own business cards and stationery on a required basis.
The Media Module facilitates online proofing, as your clients can view images of their own Letterheads, Envelopes, Invoice books and all other stationery products they normally order from you.
To place an order, the client logs into the web site and selects the item that they require from their stationery list. As all pricing has already been set by the printer, the client simply completes the order details and then confirms the order direct to the printer without needing a proof.
A key feature of the Media Module is a specially developed system for the ordering of Business cards. This system enables your customers to view a proof of their business card, and then add in the required details (Name, Position, Phone, Mobile, Email address...). The Media Module then generates a graphical preview of that business card with all of their required and updated details entered, thus providing your clients with a real-time online proof.
