Banner Design

Allow us to custom design advertizing banners, either static, animated, or interactive (HTML, Flash, etc.), developed using proven design principles, to attract more visitors to your web site.  What distinguishes our work from many other offers? The answer is simple and clear - we design CUSTOM banners according to your requests and what is important we never use templates. We develop banners taking into account your audience, your target group, banners that attract traffic! You can easily find banners for $10 produced by some banner-making software that will be similar to every other banner out there. Our banners are always unique, elegant, and attractive.

Urgent Orders require a $150 "rush" fee. All communication regarding said request - and delivery of - completed request will be conducted by e-mail. The completed work will be delivered to you via e-mail.

Payments 

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).

Turnaround Time

We offer two types of development turnaround times: Normal and Urgent.

In the Normal mode, the initial design (concept) is developed and sent to you, the Customer, in ten (10) business days. This is the amount of time required to thoroughly research your business and understand all its details before we create your unique design. We may contact you by e-mail for additional details and discussion.

In the Urgent mode, ($150 "rush" charge applied to quote) you'll receive the initial design in two (2) business days.
The number of alterations you desire - plus additional time needed for implementation of your approved design - will make up the total time to complete your project. Each alteration usually requires up to 48 hours in the Normal case - and up to 48 hours in Urgent cases - after we receive your input to our project inquiries.

The Development Process

When the initial design concepts are ready, we'll send them to you by e-mail. You should review them, choose one variant and advise us about the changes you want us to make. We'll continue working on your design to fine-tune it to your liking, assuming that the number of alterations is less than the maximum allowed or additional charges will be applied. The final digital files are e-mailed to you once the design is completed.

**Note: Any outstanding payments due us must be paid prior to the final files being sent to you.

Additional Quotes

In some cases we retain the right to issue an additional quote after receiving payment for a project; i.e. when you request complicated programing and/or other custom features which are not part of the stated project plan. You'll be advised if this is relevant to your project, and then have the option of accepting or rejecting this additional expense.
